Delivery
We will despatch your order within 48 hours or notify you if there will be a delay.
Goods delivered within the UK should be received within 14 days once they leave our shop.
Packages weighing 30kg or below will be sent by Royal Mail/ParcelForce

Returns
We are certain that you will be happy with the products that you purchase from us.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied we would like to offer you a full refund just follow these simple steps:
Call us and let us know you need to return your goods.
Return any undamaged goods with a copy of the sales receipt within 7 days of receiving them.
Do not accept any package that appears damaged. Please call us immediately if you have had to refuse a package so that we can watch out for it returning to us!
